Pancakes are eaten all over the world and have an immense popularity all over Europe. Pancakes are also known to be a common breakfast and majority are aware that they are often sweet dish. While pancakes are a treat commonly made with butter and milk, there are also some other flavors which include berries or fruits such as blueberry and banana pancakes.
However, the one we are taking into account today is the traditional butter pancakes.
Alright, so first of all, always spray your pan with a little bit of non-stick spray to prevent them from sticking.
Use a 1/4 cup to pour your batter. Start from the centre and pour in a circular gently to ensure even spread of the batter in a nice round circle.
The best way to know if your pancakes are ready is when bubbles start to form and pop on the top. They will be golden brown and when one side is golden brown, the pancake can be flipped.
Here are the ingredients;

3x tablespoons butter melted

- Create a well in the center of the flour mixture.
- Pour the butter and milk mixture into the well.
- Use a wire whisk to stir everything together until just combined. It will be slightly thick and lumpy, but should be well incorporated.
- Allow the batter to rest while heating a lightly oiled skillet or griddle to medium high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
